General Return Rule:
As perfumes are personal care items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, opened, or used. This is to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

Exceptions (Eligible for Return/Exchange):
We only accept returns or exchanges if you receive:

  1. A damaged or broken bottle.
  2. Leakage during transit.
  3. Missing items in your order.
  4. The incorrect product (different from what you ordered).


Reporting Window:
To be eligible for a claim, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order. Any claims made after this window will not be entertained.


Mandatory Proof (Unboxing Video):
To process any claim for damage, leakage, or missing items, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

  1. The original sealed packaging.
  2. The shipping label with your order details.
  3. The specific issue (e.g., the damage or the wrong item).


Non-Eligible Cases:

  1. Personal skin sensitivity or fragrance preference: We do not accept returns if you do not like the scent or have a skin reaction. We recommend a patch test before full application.
  2. Damages caused by improper use, negligence, or incorrect storage.


Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
